Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain our web platform, mobile app, and backend systems
• Lead the design and implementation of responsive, intuitive interfaces for our Swap & Go service across web and mobile
• Spearhead the development of advanced real-time features like predictive battery tracking, intelligent swap station recommendations, and comprehensive energy usage analytics
• Design and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs that connect our frontend applications with backend services
• Lead database architecture design and implement efficient, scalable data storage solutions
• Innovate IoT functionalities to enhance connectivity between users and our smart battery network
• Collaborate with UX designers to define and implement best-in-class user experiences across all platforms
• Architect and implement secure, scalable payment systems and robust user authentication protocols
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions that can support rapid scaling
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the full stack
• Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment across the development team
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and long-term technology roadmap planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in full stack development
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Advanced skills in backend development (Python, Node.js, or Java)
• Extensive experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android)
• Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and performance optimization
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and serverless architectures
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, architectural best practices, and scalability considerations
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize complex, cross-platform systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and software development best practices
